Adult Bootcamp

$200/mo (3 times a week)

Tygtal's "Adult Bootcamp" curriculum is engineered for active adults looking for a challenging training program. The Adult program is designed to challenge balance, effort and coordination. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.

Rising Stars

Ages 6-12

Our Rising Stars program is conducted in 1 hour sessions and is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment with their peers. Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running forms, athletic coordination, balance, plyometrics, and strength elevating techniques. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Pre College

Ages 13-18

In the Tygtal Pre College Curricula, technique is reinforced and fine tuned. As the Tygtal athlete cognitively and physically matures, the sessions begin to resemble the energy level demands of professional sports: Strength and power training increases ,with emphasis on proper techniques as well as fast twitch and explosive acceleration training engineered to build the Central Nervous System of the athlete.

Professional

Private sessions

The Tygtal Sports Performance programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. Due to the customized and and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands.
